Just finished Infinite Jest. And it was amazing. In a completely different way than I was imagining… I guess I don’t know what I expected. Not being a huge reader, even when Sergio told me I had to read this book, and that it would change my life, and blah blah blah, I guess I didn’t really have any preconceived notions of what I was in for.

Just Thinking.

Most people think of unconditional love to mean “I couldn’t love you any less, no matter what.” But what I think unconditional love means is “I couldn’t love you any more, no matter what.” Either way, it sounds neat.
As beautiful as each of those statements can be, unconditional love to me is more like, “I love you constantly, for ever.”
Mixed emotions
I had mixed emotions about this whole death to Osama thing from the moment I got the text from my roommate.

Seemed weird to me. But I brushed it off. Yea, we accomplished the goal that was seemingly central to this nation for the past (longer than a) decade. It certainly is something for us to rally around. Get patriotic about.
